The hotel is really cozy and nice It had everything we needed for a short city break Excellent location near the shopping street and city center Very friendly staff Excellent breakfast with custom made ham and cheese omelette plus home made croissants and pastry Spa area with saunas you can book privately without any extra fee were highlights to our long days of shopping and visiting sightseeings We highly recommend this hotel

Hotel needs a facelift We stayed there several years ago and it was quite nice then No carpeting on the stairwell may be in the process of replacing Breakfast was included last time but not this time so really wasn t good value for the money Bed was too soft

Friends of ours stayed here last year and their recommendation convinced us to do the same Everyone throughout the hotel was incredibly helpful and the location is ideal for visiting Vienna we will be recommending this hotel to friends

Das Tyrol was very charming I loved the art on the walls and the color scheme of the entire hotel The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with transfer arrangements and tickets to local concerts Nice sized bathrooms and very clean

We really needed more AC It was a toasty July week and there wasn t an option to turn it down any lower It would ve been nice to have a bar on site or maybe turn the breakfast room into a light snacks room later in the day

Staff was very kind and breakfast was good Very close to Leopold museum

Compared with photos on booking com site actual room size was smaller than I expected Walking distance to the center of Vienna ring was not short

Personal sauna with beautiful salt water reef aquarium provided a relaxing evening

Room could have been larger although its normal size in Austria

Location excellent and staff very helpful Hotel spotless and lovely breakfast to set you up for the day
