Good location quiet always works well here

Staff were very helpful the rooms are immaculate clean towels every day The rooms have a kitchen area with fridge sink filter water tap microwave and coffee machine There is no bar or restaurant but that is not a problem as plenty near by Very close to Buckingham Palace and St James Theatre

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern The bed was very comfy with really nice quality linen and it was a nice touch to have a Nespresso machine in the room in the mini kitchenette Its location was brilliant nestled in a quiet street in the middle of soho We d definitely stay again

We booked a small room so it was no surprise that in this very central hotel the room really was compact

we arrived early and the staff were very accommodating and then helpful with directions to get us to where we wanted to go We had a basement room with a charming little garden

We didn t realize that there was no breakfast although there was a boxed option available and a small kitchenette within the room

Really great hotel in an excellent location Staff was incredibly attentive great at their jobs Room was quiet and very comfortable and stylish Well worth the money

Our beds are old not comfortable

The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming The hotel was in the heart of Soho where you can find literally whatever you re looking for Clean amd safe hotel

Bed was super comfortable amazing kitchenette in room I wasn t even expecting in a small double wonderful amenities overall amazing experience

Some might say small but I d prefer cozy
