VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.

Upon check in, guests are required to show an original and valid passport or original valid UAE National ID card and credit card used in the reservation. If the credit card owner is not the person staying at the hotel, the booking is required to be paid by cash.
