The Phoenician Resort Apartments

Situated in the heart of Broadbeach on Australias Gold Coast, The Phoenician Resort offers fully self-contained and spacious holiday apartments with a private balcony or courtyard, and a kitchen. Guests enjoy free secure parking, free WiFi, a sauna, spa and fitness centre. The complex also features 2 swimming pools and a childrens pool.

All one and two-bedroom apartments at The Phoenician are bright and airy. Each has a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. All apartments have a separate lounge area, satellite TV and washing machine.

Guests also have access to a games room.

The resort is just 50 metres from the Oasis Shopping Centre and Kurrawa Beach is just 10 minutes walk away. Gold Coast Airport is 16 km away. Please inform The Phoenician Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a credit card.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 years cannot provide current photo ID or proof of guardianship, if requested upon check-in.

Please note that The Phoenician Resort requires a credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 200 upon check in to cover any incidental charges.

Please note that check-in is not available outside reception opening hours. Any late arrivals wont be able to check-in.
