Clean friendly and value for money

It met all of our needs so nothing

The location was perfect

The staff was not fluent in English and not very friendly

Decent Location was easy getting around Breakfast was ok and the room and bathroom was lovely

No iron in the rooms which meant we had to require the laundry service and unfortunately they burnt my partners brand new shirt but refunded us the laundry fees Also most times it seemed the some of the hotel staff didn t know the location of many places

Cupboard 1 door shower was blocked no slippers

Location staff breakfast almost everything

Too much dust from the carpet It would be better the rooms floor to be changed with parquet No view

Wifi is very fast I love it I also like there are two chairs in the room very nice

I stayed at the hotel for my hen party I was with 13 others ages ranging from 20 s to 70 The hotel catered for us all perfectly The hotel staff were really friendly and got us checked in as fast as possible The hotel is lovely looking very modern and clean We spent most of our time drinking fizz by the pool it was heaven The rooms are spacious we had 3 to a room there was a very large bathroom mirror which enabled us all to get ready together The breakfast in the hotel is amazing well worth the money if you book it for 3 days it s 13 instead of 15 They also serve cava with breakfast The hotel is a very short walk to the gorgeous beach

Excellent location and service

Very comfortable bed quiet location Excellent breakfast Short five minute walk to Volkstheater U Bahn station to get to anywhere in Vienna ten minutes to several large museums Great hotel will be checking out others in the K K chain

Nothing of note

Room and bed very comfortable although Aircon did not seem to work particularly well which may have been an issue in warmer months

WIFI in room was very poor with constant disconnections and very low speed when it did connect
