The hotel is close to Hyde Park and you can walk around many different spots
When I checked in I found that the attitude of staff have changed after they knew my nationality They became rude Also The restroom of the economic room is very small and there is no slippers I ll never book at this hotel in the future

Standard double room smaller than expected remove small table will help room service late night menu unappealing breakfast not really 4 star standard coffee rubbish too breakfast staff unhelpful

Booked a double room but it was more like a single room with three quarter bed which was very unconfortable Very poor coffee tea facilities all stored in old coffee tinn Would not stay again
The location to the underground and Hyde Park was excellent and also to restaurants were close by
The hotel was too hot for me even with the window open and or air conditioning on this meant a slightly noisy night For the price the room was very small
