Ideal location very comfortable room helpful staff and great breakfast selection

You could hear and feel the metro in front lower rooms Would have ideally had a bath and shower Shower only

Room was a lovely size and very comfortable Great ensuite too Went to the Modern Pantry restaurant very close to hotel for breakfast absolutely delicious

I arranged for the hotel to put in Balloons Confetti and a cake into our room as it was my partner s birthday but they forgot to do this

Warm treating by hotel staff and they led us to a gorgeous room with high ceilings and large windows They helped us with teapots turns and reservations Excellent location for shopping and very safe We were out late every night and securit let us in Love this place Will be staying again

Everything was perfect

cockroach running across the carpet uncomfortable mattress rubbish outside the window being put in the basement shower so small you couldn t bend down to pick up the soap

Room was a shoe box So small couldn t use the dressing table as was up against the bed and was a struggle to open dresser drawer to get hairdryer Carpet wasn t the cleanest One key for room with 2 guests Bar closed at 11pm Main sitting area closed off for magic show you had to pay to go to

The bathroom was clean The 4 shower screen not a joke was hilarious and pointless and meant your shower contributed to a flooded floor each morning

The welcome the nice gestures the friendly helpful staff the wonderful breakfast the location the beautiful building The room was very adequate for my granddaughter and me The bathroom is small but very modern

The bathroom coiuld have been cleaned a little better each day

excellent service beautiful rooms and amazing facilities the Gym The Spa pool loved it and for sure will come back again Thank you

Hotel is close to main attraction front staffs are very helpful

Hotel is not worth for money felt like a 3 star with less room space very poor view
