The roof top bar
Another guest was checked into our room and came into our bedroom in the middle of the night Was very disturbing The staff didn t seem too bothered about it the next morning blamed a computer glitch I complained to the hotel and have had no response Not good
The hotel is clean and is close to a very nice garden Very quiet location a bit far from center but tram stop is within minutes walk It takes 15 min to dam square
WiFi connection was really bad I didn t like the fact that they withdrew securiy deposit from my card upon check in They released the amount upon check out but it takes time to be refunded to my account Check in was at 3 but the room wasn t ready by then we had to wait then they gave us another room
Place is a building site
cleanness very poor and missed omne day
Sauna was good but no lockers for clothes
No anti slip mat in shower Breakfast dinner too expensive we ate in Centre Amsterdam for less
The staff were amazing From reception through to bar staff Views were fabulous if you are on the canal side Breakfast always a treat Great choices from smoked salmon and cheeses to good breads cereals fruits pastries and smoothies Loved the neighbourhood too it was safe and there were good shops and restaurants within walking distance Decor through the hotel was beautiful Just 10 minutes walk to main trams
Breakfast was a little dear but we got a rate on offer for valentines There isnt any thing else I didn t like

great but not included breakfast which turned out to be expensive
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
The rooms where cold The restaurant on the top floor slow service and food wasn t any special You had to ask for shampoo conditioner etc There was nothing in the bathroom
Our room wasn t ready at the time it should of been and they gave us the wrong room initially so we had to go back and they changed it
