Great greeting from the reception comfortable bed shower etc

Shuttle service was excellent Room was nice clean and comfortable

food was pricey for what you got

We stayed here due to it s location to the airport as we had an early flight to catch Everything was fine staff were very polite and helpful Rooms were great very clean with great facilities Would definitely recommend

Loved the bed the room darkening curtains and the flatter pillows The staff were wonderful very well trained in customer service

Over priced but I booked there because it was the only one I could find near airport that advertised a free shuttle It is in an industrial complex and so there were many businesssmen staying there and I felt like vulture meat

Complementary transport to and from airport including free taxi when the hotel bus was free There s a small shop in the lobby for basic necessities and souvenirs

The third folding bed in the triple room was damaged and worn This bed received the full force of the air conditioning while the rest of the room remained warm The analog thermostat for the A C was difficult to control The breakfast coffee was weak and tasteless The bathroom sink was dirty mostly because of its fancy design

They were very helpful The bed is very comfortable good mattress Good shuttle service

However they provided us the shuttle from hotel to airport The pool was very small but not a big deal The staffs were very polite and helpful

The location is a bit far away from the metro station you need to walk for 10 min They said they have shuttle in the airport to pickup us but we could not find the shuttle They said you should have called us from the airport but as you know not all phones work in Spain when you go there from another country
