Staff at reception seemed very inexperienced and didn t really know what he was doing and a manager came out while I was waiting to check in completely ignored me waiting but let another woman come right past me that he knew and he helped her I found this very unprofessional and extremely poor service the room I booked was for a double bed and it was two single beds pushed together I didn t want to waste any more of my evening going back out to complain after the time I was made to wait to just check in very disappointed I didn t booked a hotel of this standard to expect this type of experience

Location was great close enough to metro to go to city centre as well as the tour bus which had a stop 10 minutes away Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast wasn t great better of going to one of the great bakeries around

Good location good service the most important is very comfortable bed

The bathroom design was not good enough chase when you take shower the water will flood all the bathroom

When I checked in I was given a complimentary upgrade by a very helpful young man the young girl on reception when I checked out was also very friendly

The girl behind the bar was so miserable I would say she verged on being rude obviously didn t want to be working on a Friday night Breakfast at a cost of 10 00 per person I couldn t eat it the bacon tasted of pure grease the sausages were rock solid and the scrambled eggs could have passed for porridge I asked for a poached egg and was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes as its not on the menu Coffee already on the tables in a flask you couldn t drink this if you were desperate When I arrived I was told I had to sit on the left of the dining room would be nice to choose where you sit like an adult The staff in the breakfast room were also very ignorant everything was simply too much trouble Reminded me of eating at Butlins many years ago I stay in hotels a lot and in particular London but haven t stayed at Canary Warf before I assumed it would be a little upmarket and couldn t believe the price The foyer is beautiful the room was bit although a little run down which is fine but the staff really do spoil this hotel

Everything about the hotel it s dated and being run down The facilities were all out of use or broken and no ladies changing room in pool due to a flood I won t be returning

The hotel is conveniently situated closer to the bus station Rooms are spacious with a modern stylish d cor Spa facilities were the best I would definitely recommend this hotel
