Recently renovated by the Grifoni family, this impressive country home remains faithful to its original design that dates back to the 13th century. From May until October, you can take a dip in the elegant swimming pool where you will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views of rolling Tuscan hills. Residenza Il Colle is designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. You can find free private parking and free use of internet connections.

At Residenza Il Colle you will be in a perfect spot to discover Italys Renaissance cities such as Florence (13 km) and Siena (km 50). You will also be near the smaller yet famous walled cities of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra.

Residenza Il Colle is located in the Chianti region, just outside the charming town of Impruneta, and situated on the famous Chianti wine road that connects Siena and Florence. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2019 until Wed 15 Apr 2020 Please note that the swimming pool is open from 15 April until 15 October.
