easy access to city centre
Underground and Trams just 2 minute walk 5 minutes for Sch nbrunn Palace and Zoological park Easy access to market area and restaurant Just 5 minutes on foot
Location is excellent and hotel appearance is very nice
The hotel manager checked us in and had this been a holiday inn I would say he is doing ok but for this hotel my expectation is to be treated nicely and with a smile I might put it as a bad day but again he helped us when we departed and same sour attitude Maybe it is cultural but less than I expect
Good room excellent breakfast great location
The location was good The Metro stop was just a short walk away and only a few stops into the old part of the city The Schonbrunn Zoo and palace are just over the road from the hotel which are worth a visit There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by too
I would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room The pillows were not the most comfortable
The hotel was in a great location near both the tram and underground station making getting around so easy The hotel staff were so helpful and only too happy to help The room was large and very comfortable The bonus was the hotel is just yards away from the entrance to the wonderful gardens of the Schonbrunn palace

The position of the hotel was so close to the Schonbrunn Palace gardens and the Underground It was also very grand good value for money We had no problem finding places to eat nearby we travelled in to the city on two occasions once on New Years Eve it was so easy and the underground wasn t packed It was a wonderful place to be on New Year s Eve
The rooms would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities
Perfect place to stay Right next to the palace and its huge garden Metro station is near city centre is 15min away
Restaurant was not that great Weird seating and average food
