Ligure Residence

Set in its own large garden, Ligure Residence is just 100 metres from the Ligurian coast and its popular beaches. It offers a swimming pool, a terrace, and self-catering accommodation. Private parking is free.

All studios are fitted with tiled floors and simply decorated. Each is composed of a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. All studios are provided with a cooling fan, a TV, and a private balcony.

Ligure Residence also offers one-bedroom apartments in a separate building, just a few steps from the main one. Guests staying here will enjoy all services of the residence.

You can enjoy relaxing in the garden, where you will find the swimming pool and a well equipped childrens play area, featuring table soccer and table tennis. In the common terrace there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols.

The area is ideal for cycling, and the property offers bike-related services such as bike rental, bike storage and a bike-washing area. Bike-maintenance tools are also available on site.

Genoa city and Genoa Colombo Airport are a 1-hour drive from the residence. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the booked stay must be paid upon arrival.
