Rainerhof was newly renovated in 2016 and is centrally located in Flachau within 200 metres from the ski slopes and the Ski Amad, the ski bus stop, cross-country ski trails and a supermarket. A childrens playground, an indoor childrens play area, an internet corner and a common room with a TV are also available.
