We got a free upgrade and the room was lovely Staff very attentive

Breakfast was cold and 4 extra for my boyfriend to have eggs benedict meaning his breakfast cost 22 and he didn t eat off the buffet

Location and view was perfect

The extra bed was the worst of all

The bedroom was very well appointed and the bathroom was excellent

Unfortunately we experienced a couple of problems with the restaurant and bar food which we considered to be of less than excellent quality and not sufficiently hot when served

Booked 2 doubled bedded room almost 5 months in advance and this was not available then even though we were let down on this as it was the only reason we booked this hotel and used Booking com To add insult the room had only a double bed in and not additional bed even though it was clearly a booking for 3 and the double bed was requested Poor from the hotel and a VERY misleading booking engine on the booking com website which clearly does not stress that your booking is only a request until after you take the booking I will be reporting my comments to Stranding Standards as an official compliant

Nice hotel and location

Air conditioner was to hot and even off the room was hot

hotel is in a great location for london eye and southbank rooms are well designed but bed a little hard Hotel staff set up sofa bed for our kids to share which was a nice touch Breakfast was really good too would definitely stay again

Beds and pillows were a little hard and the glass sliding door on the toilet offered little privacy should you need it

free upgrade to the top floor a large room with a view of big ben

the cheque in and breakfast was very baize

The location of this hotel is second to none perfectly situated The bed was incredibly comfy the view was amazing and the staff were exceptionallly helpful Very clean tidy and all round brilliant hotel with amazing customer service

The only thing I didn t like was the fact that I had to come home

Great family room studio apartment for my husband and I and our 12 year old grandson he was very happy with the room the TV and the great view

Breakfast had to queue for about 20 minutes and then when we did sit down had to queue again for hot food which wasnt being replenished very quickly so choices were limited not good value
