If there is enough snow, you can ski all the way down to the hotel from the Venet Mountain. The ski resorts of Ischgl, Galtr, St. Anton, Fiss and Serfaus can be reached by car within 30 minutes. Please note that half board is available only for stays of 3 nights and more.
