Excellent friendly staff and superb recently refurbished room
No criticism of hotel but a bit inconvenienced by nearby Lancaster Gate tube station closed until April
Convenient hotel for visiting the museums
A little impersonal
i was blown away by the view
i paid over 200 a night i should ve had breakfast included
The room was very small and felt quite claustrophobic when in the immediate bed area The bed was also a lot smaller than a standard double as my friend and I were frightened to turn over in the night in case we hit each other Definitely not worth the money
Great location lovely rooms and friendly staff
We especially like the location cleanliness and the amenities in this facility The hotel is worth the money you paid for Of course the staff were really nice and helpful Plenty of options for breakfast too
Next time we will request a room with a view of the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament
Very comfortable beds and black out blinds
The sink is WAY too big and not enough shelf space to put products so if you knock them over they land in the toilet if the lid is up slightly frustrating
Location and cordial staff
Old and small room Small lobby
Very stylish and well equipped room Especially good connections for electronic devices
The location is superb Directly opposite the train station Very easy to find and close to most of the sights
The room was extremely basic and dated the bath was to small lol I was expecting a bit more for the price we paid Breakfast was 19 euro per person Considering the cafes do a lovely one for 7 euro you would need to be able to do a few runs at the buffet to justify the cost The gym was very very basic and upon arrival we gad to pay an extra 75 euro as an insurance for the room which if you had budgeted for the cost of the room only youd be sunk Value for money id advise looking elsewhere
