Super location although on a sketchy block right next door to a gentlemens club Two block walk to Oxford Street shopping great restaurants and pubs everywhere Our room was small but well designed and the beds were comfortable Many of the staff were exceptionally helpful with our questions

The housekeeping services were less than thorough There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel which they pitch as a concept as if it were deliberate Some of the staff were a little less than helpful

The location was brilliant just minutes away from the earls Court underground station

I booked a double bed on bookings com but what I got was a more of a single so very uncomfortable for 2 people Also the room we had was lower ground and the outside noise was coming in like as if we had that window open when in reality the window was shut

I think the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever come across I can t recommend this property highly enough

Air conditioning did not work and there was no way to open a window just to have some natural air in the room

Room was super comfy Location was great in the middle of all of the Soho action Staff were helpful in every way Coffee and filtered drinking water in the room was really nice Shower was wonderful

Would have loved room service or a bar In fairness there are a million restaurants nearby and the front desk picked up and delivered a last minute breakfast for me in about 10 minutes time

Location was excellent The staff extremely helpful Room was fab Wine and chocolates in room a lovely gesture for hubbys birthday Highly recommend this hotel

The warmest welcome you could imagine Unflustered helpful and charming

The staff was very nice and keen to help The kitchenette in the room was a pleasant suprise Wifi was great and there was a european electric socket at the desk very useful as I only had one UK adapter

The room was very cold when I just got in It would have been nice if they served a proper breakfast although they do offer to bring you some stuff to your room for a relatively small charge
