Guests can freely use a common laundry area at the ground floor, equipped with two washing machines.

The Cathedral of St. Stephen is a 10-minute drive from the property, while Treviso Airport and Venice are both a 1-hour drive away. Please inform Residence Florida in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

Bed linen and 1 towel per person are provided for free and changed once a week. You should bring your own kitchen linen.
