The 1-room and 3-room apartments include a TV, and have a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine. The 2-room apartments at SATAMA are equipped with a TV and a fridge. Each bathroom has a hairdryer, and some apartments also have a balcony.

The property is a 45-minute drive from Berlin, and free private parking is available on site. For the holiday homes, there are additional charges for water and electricity, depending on usage.
