Heating was set and unable to be altered by us It got really hot during the night but there was nothing we could do A lot of hotels in the UK seem to overheat their rooms

The service at dinner was very poor and a couple of the staff were not friendly Also specifically asked for a particular table in the Bistro bar which I booked personally about 4 5 weeks ago and was given one in the Orangery restaurant It was my 20th wedding anniversary which was celebrated at the hotel 20years ago so I was very disappointed
