Very welcoming

Bed a little hard for my liking

Lovely room with comfy bed

Bathroom while washing your hands or having a shower it smelt like sewage Not nice

Reception within a few paces of entrance door did t work with me It was congested and gave wrong early impression of hotel

The room was spacious as we had a child and when the sofa bed was down there was still plenty of room

No complaints

Very good value for money close to Bus Underground

Comfortable and rather large room as far as London is concerned Decent bedding great shower accomodations Calm neighboorhood great sleep quality The presence of a fitness room was also a plus

Wi fi was slow to non existant Staff were discreet to say the least The room area could have used a little fresh coat of paint

Staff were very friend

I stayed there as I was competing in a night time marathon So was in the room for resting before and after For the money teas and coffee supply in the room was poor No spoons only plastic sticks no complimentary biscuits

Great location for our overnight stay walking distance to Liverpool st the shard borough market Good value nice room

Clean and comfortable the staff that gretted us were happy and friendly

Not long after we arrived we asked for a couple of extra pillows to be brought to our room Later in the afternoon not realsing there were glasses in the bathroom we asked for two to be brought to our room Later that evening we asked for knives and forks as there were none in our room The person who answered our call seemed annoyed that we were asking and suggested we ask for everything we wanted at once to save time Being made to feel that we were a nuisance by calling guest services put a dampener on what would otherwise have been a very enjoyable stay The rest of the staff were all pleasant helpful and friendly
