Cooking and Nature Emotional Hotel

Featuring outdoor and indoor pools, this design hotel is located within Serras de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park. It is 17 km from the Monastery of Batalha, and 20 km from the Sanctuary of Ftima.

Each individually decorated room at Cooking and Nature includes free Wi-Fi and views of the surrounding landscape. They also feature bathrobes and a design bath in the private bathroom.

The restaurant serves seasonal cuisine and guests can prepare their own meals here. Guests can enjoy a drink from the Honesty bar in the outdoor furnished terrace. There are several restaurants within 10 km, serving typical Portuguese cuisine.

Upon previous request, Nature and Cooking organizes massages and yoga classes, as well as cooking lessons. There are hiking trails in the immediate surroundings, and free bicycles are available to explore the nearby caves of Alvados.

An airport shuttle service is available to Lisbon and Oportos international airports, both located a 1.5 hour-drive away. The Monastery of Alcobaa is a 30-minute drive away. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 15 Oct 2022 until Sat 15 Apr 2023 Please note that the cooking lessons must be booked 2 days before the arrival, and are only available for a minimum of 2 people.
