The hotel is kind of outdated en needs a makeover

Could have been cleaner befroom smelt had to open all windows

Even though it is the law to provide an allergens list for the restaurant we were repeatedly told that they didn t have gluten free menu Eventually the chef hand ticked a menu for items which were gluten free but we were not convinced that the staff had any idea how to ensure that myself and my 3 coeliac daughters didn t suffer ill health after eating the meal if there had been any other option we would have left but it was 8pm pouring with rain and we were all exhausted after a busy working day at the Olympia exhibition centre Thankfully after a long wait when the meal arrived it was delicious

Nothing at all This was the worst note I have stayed in It is no way near 4star not even a 2 at best Air con didn t work on on repeat of the hottest days of the year so far Windows didn t open fully to allow fresh air Room size barely fitted bed Duvet was dirty Mattress stained Bathroom unsatisfactory Just a complete shambles

Room was extremelly small the window faced a building under construction zero natural light very depressing I did not have a nice stay there but hotel is OK if one considers the price and the standards of quality you get in London

Hotel was convenient for location of business and breakfast was good

Rooms are a little tired ad the lighting was no very bright

Clean quiet room with all the facilities one would expect Close to the Royal Albert Hall Good breakfast self service but plentiful and fresh

Slight mistake with sister hotel on same street with same name but nothing else

Location very good and helpful staff Shower nice and bathroom clean and reasonably spacious

Room was rather small only a foot or so between end of bed and wall on which tv attached Steep flight of stairs up to reception may have been a problem for some Wi Fi a bit slow Lampshades over bedside lamps torn Continental breakfast not great not much fresh produce
