Only 100 metres from Linares commercial area, Hotel Real offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. It features a restaurant and a garden. Free parking and breakfast are provided.

Rooms at real Hotel have large windows with floor-to-ceiling curtains. All of them feature air conditioning and heating. Some also have minibars.

A buffet breakfast is served daily. Regional and international dishes can be enjoyed at the propertys restaurant.

Hotel Real is 15 km from the hot springs and 400 metres from the Museum. The train station is 600 metres away. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.

Please note that for tax exemption foreign travellers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country.

Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.

This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
