Rsidence Saskia Falaise is located in Avoriaz 1800 ski resort, with direct access to the slopes. It features apartments with private balconies and panoramic views of the Morzine Valley.

The apartments at Saskia Falaise have a fully equipped kitchen, including cooking facilities, a microwave and a dishwasher. Each has a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Guests can enjoy traditional French cuisine and a bar at the ski resorts restaurant La Falaise. Facilities include a childrens club and a 24-hour reception during the winter season.

During winter months, there is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception. Upon prior reservation and depending on the date of the stay, guests can benefit from reduced rates for ski passes and equipment rental.

Saskia Falaise is situated near the Swiss border, in Frances Haute Savoie region. It is approximately 40 km from Lake Geneva.

LAquariaz Mountain Spa is located nearby and offers over 2000m of swimming pools and slides. There is also a climbing wall, outdoor hot tub with valley views and a gentle flowing river.

You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel and 1 small towel) cleaning linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), bed linen, cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except tourist tax).

The reception is located at the Saskia Falaise building.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
