Sunnyside B&B

Sunnyside B&B is a small Victorian Ploughmans Cottage nestled in the ancient village of Bonhill near the River Leven, 3 miles from Dumbarton and 5 minutes drive from the shores of picturesque Loch Lomond. Free parking is available and guests can enjoy easy access to the stunning Scottish countryside.

Each room in our 200 year old Victorian cottage, although small compared to hotels, are far more cosy and homely. They all have inbuilt en-suites which are functional, not overly spacious but modern and very clean. Each room features free Wi-Fi, a TV, an en suite bathroom with free toiletries, and tea/coffee making facilities. A hearty breakfast is served daily in the spacious dining room and cosy guests lounge. Breakfast includes a full cooked breakfast or Vegan/Vegetarian, continental options, Scottish porridge, kippers, fruit juice and hot drinks.

Glasgow city centre is 17 miles away and Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park is located 45 minutes drive from the B&B. A variety of golf courses are located nearby, including the Vale of Leven Golf Club, a 2-minute drive from Sunnyside.

We are a 10 minute walk from Alexandria Train Station.

Please note Sunnyside bed and breakfast is a warm and friendly family home it is not a hotel or guest house and is subject to normal family routines. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that early/late check-in may be possible by prior arrangement.
