The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area can be reached with the free ski bus transfer directly at the hotel. After an eventful day on the slopes, you can relax in the 2,200 m spa area. Here you will find an indoor pool with an open fireplace and a relax lounge, and a wide range of beauty, bath and wellness treatments. The new adventure pool zone for children features Austrias longest indoor hotel slide (130 metres).

Children will also enjoy their own sauna and spa area, a 300 m indoor play zone with a childrens cinema, and the hotels professional baby and child care.

For active guests a fitness room, a gymnastics room, 1 squash courts, and a tennis court are available. The swimming lake next to the hotel and the public outdoor pool (500 metres away) can be used free of charge. A sports shop and a ski rental can be found in the hotel.

Half-board is included in the price and comprises a welcome cocktail, a rich breakfast buffet with organic dishes, and a 4-course dinner with a choice of dishes and a salad buffet. Weekly gala dinners, a childrens table with separate meals, and a cake buffet in the afternoon are also included.

The hotel is surrounded by a 5,000 m garden landscape with a natural pond and sunbathing lawns.
