Pension Theresa offers accommodation units with cable TV and free Wi-Fi, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Rauris. The guest house features a wellness area with a sauna, a sun bed, a steam bath and an outdoor hot tub. The Rauris Ski Area is 300 metres away.

All units come with wooden furniture, a balcony with mountain views and cable TV. A bathroom with a hairdryer is standard in every unit. Some units provide a kitchen and a living area. A breakfast buffet awaits you every day.

Children can have fun on the on-site playground while you can barbecue in the garden or sunbathe on the terrace. You can also play table tennis and billiards at the Theresa guest house.

A ski storage room is provided for all guests and cross-country skiing trails start right next to Pension Theresa. A ski bus stops on site and horse-drawn sleigh rides are available on request.

The closest indoor pool is a 10-minute walk away and Bad Gastein, where you can relax in the thermal baths, is 25 km from the property. Free private parking is possible at the guest house.
