The outside roof space was nice but bigger than the whole room inside Not quite penthouse expectation Certainly not 4

Breakfast was very limited and not particularly hot Bedding not changed for the three nights we stayed Shower was very poor

Our room was upgraded and had a balcony with a sitting space inside Small quarters but very comfortable Staff at front desk was extremely helpful especially with restaurant recommendations

Location the hotel is situated in the heart of the city opposite the Royal Palace

Super Location Nice updated room with spacious efficient bathroom Lots of shelf space for luggage Very comfortable beds The concierge was very helpful as were the front desk clerks Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Trying to make a design hotel with an old hotel needs more than just paint and new furniture Even if your team members are great they are not enough of them resulting in situation such as phone ringing 15 times before someone answering Not sure if the 4 are justified horrible fitness centre as well

Very good location 5 min from metro station and 25 min on foot far from the duomo square Polite and helpfull staff nice breakfast big room Definetely i ll choose it again
