The spa facilities should be better suoervised and children should not be allowed at the spa unattended shouting and diving into the pool A spa should be a place to relax not to hear children screaming and having to watch out not being hit by a diving kid

The staff were extremely caring and nothing was a problem The card and gift for my daughter who was celebrating her 18th was a lovely touch

I really don t like the fact that despite the fact a deposit was taken I had to pay for extras on checkout and the deposit is then refunded several days after my visit I still haven t received it Other hotels I have stayed in that have taken a deposit have taken the extras from that deposit and refunded the difference

Problems on the tv Necessity to ask to clean my room all days There were some days when i arrived late at night and the room was not cleaned Problems on the air conditioning
