This 4-star silver AA awarded Victorian house is nestled in the village of Innerleithen and still retains many of its 19th Century features. Caddon View Country Guest House allows guests to relax by the open fire in the drawing room and free WiFi and free private parking is also available.

Each individually designed room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with digital channels, complimentary designer toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities. Whilst most rooms feature an en-suite bathroom, one has a private external bathroom just moments away.

Guests can enjoy the award-winning on-site restaurant, with its candlelit tables and large bay windows that overlook the gardens. It specialises in home-made traditional Scottish and British cuisine with a modern twist and ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible.

The capital city of Scotland, Edinburgh is less than 30 miles north of the property and the M74 Motorway, which offers direct links to Glasgow, is less than an hours drive. Innerleithen is surrounded by picturesque woodland, where guests can enjoy Scotlands array of wildlife. The restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays.
