Hotel in good area
Hotel Not comfort and not clean
Staff were very helpful and friendly we had booked the hotel for our friends birthday treat and the staff went out of their way to make it as special as possible
The staff were outstanding very tentative helpful the concierge gentlemen even walked me all the way up the stairs to my room as I do not like lifts a young man in the hall saw I was struggling with drinks offered to carrying them to my room please thank all the staff for a lovely stay
I would have likes sandwiches or panini type of light bites on the menu

The breakfast was amazing and the staff we very polite and extremely friendly The hotel was always clean and had everything we needed and worth every penny There are plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance but also a restaurant and bar in the hotel so no need to go anywhere if you don t want to Plenty of useful facilities including a gym which is equipped with clean towels water and mats Overall a very pleasant stay

We thought everything was really perfect Staff room room service exec lounge proximity to restaurants especially kosher options We will definitely go back I was there with my daughter who is 21 and she loved it too our room was on the 3rd floor We loved the woman who owns the gift shop Staff could not have been more helpful over the 6 nights we were there
