In gadget heaven really comfy bed best shower I have ever had in a hotel Everything you needed away from home from coffee machine to sky sports

Needed more milk in the room for the tea and coffee

The remote controlled room was a nice touch

Had to ask for gowns to be brought to the room but did arrive quickly

The room the pool gym and the food

Was not happy 23 50 i had to answer the door because the manager said someone was smoking in the lobby and insisted on coming into my room to smell if I was smoking

Breakfast was rich Location to centre by bus was good

Room was fantastic Spacious clean and very modern appliances

Not the hotels fault but Tonic and Remedy bar food was a bit of a let down

Room was extremely warm could not get air con below 19c but the room was definitely warmer than that and uncomfortable to sleep in Not a great location for tube

Pillows were very nice

Location is not close to main tourist attractions

Comfortable clean good sized rooms good bar didn t eat there Fast free WIFI Very reasonable room rate when we booked

Bit of a trek from the tube 15 mins take a cab if you have a lot of luggage breakfast price laughable when there are 2 cafes within a 2 min walk for less than half the price
