Very good location

Most of the restaurant staff didn t seem happy especially at the breakfast sittings On the first morning when asked if we would like tea or coffee before I could answer the waitress had walked off so I ended up with tea

very helpful and friendly staff overall the hotel was excellent

far from the Doumo more than 20 minutes the breakfast was poor not as for a 4 stars hotel there is no varieties in the breakfast the cereals was not a good quality

The rooms where heated up even outside temperatures where only around 15 C Rooms are tiny literally the size of the bed and noisy if you have them to the road due to old windows

Location is great staff are very warm and helpful Breakfast is great

Staff very friendly and helpful in all areas particularly breakfast service where nothing was too much trouble Room very bright clean had both bath and shower and was of a reasonable size for London Location excellent for a range of theatres restaurants and the markets of Covent Garden It is a very short walk to the Embankment use the steps down from Waterloo Bridge alongside Somerset House for access for a stroll by the River Thames The walk to BIg Ben takes approximately 10 15 minutes but as we passed and stopped to examine Clepatra s Needle the Sphynx and the Battle of Britain memorials on the way it did take us a little longer Lovely way to get to Westminster with much to see both on and off the water whilst walking and a good number of ornate benches on the way just to sit and watch the world go by

Room size clean bathroom

No coffee machine poor fitness centte no iron for cloths but only 1 steamer for the whole hotel roof of the room has humidity stains AC is very week no water in the room except charged water
