The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean the location was great for getting everywhere

Breakfast in this hotel is always very good lots of choice hot and cold buffet really enjoyed it this was my 4th stay st this hotel

The lack of a quality bath robe really spoilt my stay I asked for a bath robe on my booking request but it was not supplied When I told the Reception this they immediately offered to have one sent up I empasised the need for it to be of a descent condition not worn out and falling apart I was told that all the Robes were of worn out Another problem was the heating system even with the system turned up to its maximum setting I was still cold through the night especially

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms with views along the river The Chelsea Flower was the purpose of our stay which was a 20 minute stroll alongside the river away from the hotel Amazing room amazing views and the bed was possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept on when away from home We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant both mornings of our stay staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious The helipad outside the restaurant added another dimension it was great watching the helicopters arrive and leave Check in and out was a breeze and the reception staff friendly and informative We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others

Our room had a balcony but we were disappointed to discover that we couldn t go out onto it or even open a window The lighting in our room was bright white light and tricky to operate an option of softer lighting would have been good

Booked this hotel as part of my engagement plans my now fianc was thrilled with the room and especially the service by the reception staff I believe it was Nikolette Bed very comfy bathroom beautiful very clean Will book again
