For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Facility is very old not clean all carpets ared flooring bathroom very old and dust everywhere not enough staff really I won t give more than 2 5 star defenitly not 4 star

The room was big and neat we had a little kitchen area with fridge also The wifi was great and the bathroom very clean and with all the necessities There is a bus 360 near the hotel that brings you in the center in 15 minutes or less

The hotel is not at all easy to see if walking from the tube station There are no signs to show which way the hotel is either We had to ask several people on the way how to find it Hotel was under construction and was very noisy during the day due to this we were not told before our arrival to be aware of this Evening room service not enough cutlery provided Food was not hot enough Ice cream was not served over ice so quickly melted while we ate our dinner Was pretty average room service for three meals for GBP 60 00 was over the top to pay for

Breakfast Having to wait 40 min for a breakfast order after having spoken to two different waitresses about it is absolutely unacceptable Concierge The concierge arranged a car service for us in order to get to Euston Station in good time to catch our train on the morning we departed Prior to getting into the vehicle the Concierge confirmed that our 2 bags that had previously been left with the Concierge while we ate breakfast had been loaded into the car Needless to say we were angry and extremely disappointed to arrive at Euston station and find that our bags had not travelled with us They were still at the hotel When we called the hotel about this issue the Concierge proceeded to argue with us about it and basically called us liars As a result of the ineptitude of the Concierge and the missinformation we missed our originally scheduled departure time with Virgin and we were required to purchase two new tickets at a cost of 150 This disappointing end to our stay in London caused us to miss a very important appointment later the same day
