The stay includes Bed linen and towels with mid-week change of bathroom linen (for a minimum stay of 7 nights), energy consumption, unlimited Wi-Fi in common areas and in the apartment, one parking space per apartment. From 28/05 to 10/09 it includes also entertainment and two SPA entrances and a 30% discount on further entrances and treatments.

In the case of bookings longer than a week, the assignment of the same apartment for the entire duration of the stay is not guaranteed Please note that guests under the age of 18 cannot access the Spa. For guests who chose overnight stay with breakfast and the half board plan, meals will be served to Garden Toscana Resort which is 350 meters far from the property. Buffet breakfast and dinner with water, wine and soft drinks are included in the meals.
