Location is handy for kings cross and st pancras Beautiful building Welcoming staff

The price is too expensive for what is no better room than cheaper hotels You re paying for the location and surroundings

The staff were so friendly and very helpful

The room is beautiful and comfortable the shower is one of the best I ve ever seen The staff is very kind I would very much recommend this hotel if you don t mind travel 20 min to the center

The location unfortunately were a bit far from the center 20 min by tramp

Buffet breakfast was cold both days Power outage when we arrived meant although we had light we had no water or television

We booked Executive Room for 5 nights and we got very small room with a small windows to the interior of the hotel Hotel staff admitted that we got it because we booked through Booing Com The day after when they realized that we won t give up they moved us to a bit better room BUT noisy and with a tiny bathroom we decided to give up

The kitchen smell that goes up in the elevator

The property is good I did asked for the bath tub with the room first the hotel confirm that but when I reached to the hotel were told that room with bath not available but if I pay 40 euros can have room with both tub A bit annoyed but what can I do on that time

Everything is ok as its advertised as 4 stars but it was not No room service phone were broken No UK charger switch or cable

We were offered an upgrade to a room in the original portion of the hotel and it was a magnificent experience The room access to the Chambers the drinks and food were fantastic Great individual check in and tour of our area of the hotel One of the best hotels we have ever experienced

The check in was a little slow but staff were very attentive to the wait We couldn t buy the lovely SPR book that was in our room a disappointment because their gift shop no longer existed
