All lodging rooms are spacious and each room is uniquely decorated with private baths, no cookie cuter approach, Rooms can be rented without breakfast at a lower room cost than with full breakfast. With advance notice, guests can order Lunch, Afternoon Tea, or Dinner on site. Guest may invite other non lodging guests to join them for meals (Extra fees and min./max. may apply). Elopement site with onsite officiant available with reservations. Group Afternoon Teas with or without etiquette tutorials, multi-purpose room available for small executive meetings, anniversary with or without vow renewals, birthday celebration, wedding night accommodations, bridal prep room(s) and/or reception space available with reservations. This beautiful French-style mansion is just 4.5 miles from Thomas Stone National Historic Site. It features an outdoor fountain, a grand staircase and on-site wedding services. Guest stays offer a full breakfast each day, free parking and mobile WiFi.

A private bathroom is featured in each room at Rosewood Manor Bed & Breakfast. The elegant rooms boast hardwood floors and four-poster beds; they include a cable TV and a private balcony or patio.

Bed & Breakfast Rosewood Manor is about a 10 minutes drive from La Plata Shopping Center and Crain Memorial Welcome Center, while Clark Run Nature Area is 15 minutes drive away. Washington D.C. is about a 45 minutes drive away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 65 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
