The location was good for what we were doing the next day Staff friendly and the room was clean

They only provide one bottle of each of the shampoo shower wash etc They said you could ask but I feel with two people staying in the room there should be two of everything Not enough cushions on the bed so you could prop yourself up to watch the tv or just to drink your morning coffee in bed

Location was good and facilities good

10 charge for wifi that was levied whiled using phone in the bar Was told public areas were free wifi Surly receptionist added fuel to fire Not a good CX for an international brand

Price of breakfast at 20 per person on top of the room cost is more than a little excessive

Friendly staff vintage English style Hotel So quite and lovely live night musician I feel such as I live in my own home

at 2 pm Our room not ready and the check in was too late around 4 pm and early check out 12 45 pm maximum It s too small in space and the break fast by order menu not an open buffet Massage room not prepared for that purpose And it s not too close to shopping center need a taxi

had to sleep on a sofa bed after they messed up my booking should have slept 4 in room facilities were only for 2 room service was also poor

Timeless elegance to this lovely hotel The staff made you feel special and on hand to help This was a very special treat for us and it was the right choice of hotel

Bed a little firm but that s a personal choice and not a reflection on the quality and supberb facilities
