Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Transport between Cartagena and the island is not included. Please inform the property in advance if you want to use the service for an extra fee.

Transportation: We leave from the bodeguita dock at 8:30am. Attendees must be at the dock between 7:30 - 8:00am.

Guests must pay the tax at booth number 9 and enter through door number 1. Tax value: $20.000 per person (payment in cash. Price subject to change).

Return time - 3:00pm. Arrival to Cartagena around 4pm.
