Good location and very close to many shopping areas and places of interest

We can t stress enough how great the location of this hotel is Walked the whole time to Covent Garden and Soho There s a central bus stop across from the hotel that you can get anywhere with and the tube is a 5 minute walk Perfect location and really nice hotel

Had a fire in the basement while we were there and had to wait outside in the cold for 1 5 hours It s not the hotel s fault but it was a special occasion and we were never approached by the hotel staff for any kind of compensation

The staff were friendly the hotel was beautiful and near to everything we needed It was just a pity we only had an overnight stay next time we will make it longer

Small room

The location it s close to a metro station and bus stop which makes transport easily accessible

The room was a bit old fashioned and the interiors were a bit out dated The bathroom door didn t shut properly

The rooms even the executives are extremely small and uncomfortable

First room had a smell problem Lifts worked very slowly WiFi was not good

Absolutely delighted with the ever so helpful staff the location and its cleanliness Nothing was too much the staff went beyond their duty to help us Everyone spoke excellent English We shall be back Thank you Avenida Palace

No criticism of a perfect hotel

Loved the central location the room was great and the amenities roof top pool and bar were superb Highly recommend this choice
