In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 14:00 to 21:00 during winter and from 10:00 to 18:00 during summer.

Kindly note that bed linen is provided for all stays during the winter, and beds are made upon arrival only for week stays. During the summer, bed linen is not provided. Please note that towels and fire wood are not included in summer and for short stays.

The swimming pool, sauna and hammam area is closed. However, the spa remains open and customers can benefit from treatments upon reservation.
