If you want to visit Schonbrunn location is super Otherwise if you want to walk around the center better to choose another location

The cheapest rooms are too old and very poor For 1 night stay acceptable

Underground and Trams just 2 minute walk 5 minutes for Sch nbrunn Palace and Zoological park Easy access to market area and restaurant Just 5 minutes on foot

The palace like environment

Staff not very friendly looked s they didn t want to be there and evening meal service not good at all one meal missed off all together Terrible and although everyone had almost finished their meal only a coffee was offered as a gesture

I arrived all wet from an umbrella malfunction and I looked like something the cat dragged in They asked about my trip and I told them all I had seen was the inside of a hospital I asked for a quiet room and they ended up upgrading me to the most beautiful room I d ever stayed in I felt like a queen

Great Location across the street from Schonbrunn Palace The U Bahn is also just a few steps away from the hotel

As the Hotel is located a main street it is nice to have a room with a courtyard view

Wifi and the building was very beautiful The room was big The zoo and shonbrunn park was 70 m near us

The heaters doesn t work good and make noise The refrigator is all of drink can t put nothing The bathroom we have 1 but it s separated in 2 the first time I see The bathroom door don t close For 150 is a random room we have seen everywhere we re expecting smthng better with that price bye see you vienna

Absolutely love the classy hotel that is not so modernistic and copy paste as all others while still retaining all the comfort of a modern hotel Rooms are fantastic and breakfast is excellent

For such a classy hotel some fitness facilities however small would be lovely It is possible to use Schoenbrunnn park for running however during the winter this option is not very handy

Bed is not comfortable pillows are not good

Great location and nice modern hotel There were some sparkly fixtures and fittings and a bit of faded grandeur in the ballroom Fairly standard stuff but fine for my purposes

the only real gripe was that the air conditioning automatically switches off when the outdoor air temperature reaches 15 degrees but the room was still warm and stuffy all night Then you have to open the window and get woken by the church bells at 7am
