Great place to stay The staff is very friendly and helpful I asked in advanced about gluten free bread for my breakfast and they provided Great breakfast buffet with some traditional choices and home made delicious marmalades Good food also in their restaurant The room was comfortable and clean Also free good speed WiFi

great location 2 metro station from city center great staff Book with trust honestly i was a little unsure before booking because i read the last reviews but now after arriving home i can defenetely reccomand this hotel great price raport for Barcelona city the staff was helpfull the breakfast excelent 9 5 10 buffet staff 10 10 room 8 10 bathroom 9 5 10

Exceptionally comfortable quiet room at the rear of the hotel Courteous friendly welcome Everything is clean tidy and new There s a spacious lounge on the ground floor with on tap drinks paid Great shower and bathroom Interesting surrounding area known as village St Denis in the 10th Close to some excellent old restaurants Brasseries Julien and Flo and up and coming new places Good local caf s for breakfast don t bother with the cellar breakfast here at double the cost of a caf Close to Jacques Bonsergeant M tro stop

My wife handwashed some clothes and left them rolled in a towel on the shelves The room cleaner bundled them up and sent them off to the laundry No refund was offered

The location couldn t have been better for seeing the key sites in Paris The staff were absolutely lovely they even complimented my husband and me on our French even though it wasn t nearly as good as when we lived there and the rooms were well appointed very clean and extremely comfortable A perfect stay to finish off a wonderful vacation in France

When we got into our room and found that it did not match with the picture provided so we asked for a change The assistant manager at reception gave us a free upgrade to executive room which is very nice

The scenary from the room was perfect And staffs were very kind also

The best hotel for the visitors of the basilica of Sagrada Familia
