HotelDescription#This apartment complex is located near the urban sprawl of the Golf del Sur settlement. The town and tourist centre with countless shops, bars, and restaurants, lies around 15 minutes on foot away. A beach can easily be reached on foot, and the nearest public transport stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Transfer times to South Tenerife Airport are around 8 minutes, meaning that there is some noise from the aircrafts.

The complex, which lies on main road, consists of a main building and an annexe, with a total of 31 apartments set over 2 floors. Guests are offered a large garden area, a terrace, a spacious foyer, and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a cosy caf, a bar, and the medical service (charges apply). Younger guests may like to let off steam in the play area.

The welcoming and disability-friendly apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, an integrated living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and a small kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave over, and kettle. An iron and ironing board, a hire safe, and a balcony or terrace are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

In the outdoor complex there are 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated), a poolside snack bar, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Further leisure activities include archery, and for additional fees squash, miniature golf, rowing, tennis, and table tennis. Guests may also make use of the gym and games area.
