So comfortable and lovely quiet room

Difficult to find on foot

Alma is in a great location with all major tourist sites within easy walking distance The reception team are very friendly and go out of their way to assist you

This hotel was in a very good location staff were very friendly and helpful The bedroom was spacious and had every thing you need the bed was very comfortable The free tea and coffee was an extra bonus I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends

The hot food at breakfast needed to be hotter

Design of the hotel felt very cosy Staff were very friendly and helpful but not overbearing Rooms were beautifully designed and thoughtful Loved the outside garden very peaceful felt you were a world away from the hustle and bustle outside

Nothing not to like

The hotel is lovely and very well presented The restaurant serves stunning food and staff are highly trained and professional

There was a movie being filmed at the hotel which delayed our checkout a bit but nothing major When asking to book a taxi you will get a private car service that doesn t accept credit cards When we asked to simply be ordered a normal taxi as we had not cash left on our last morning the lady at reception said that couldn t be done Obviously they get a kick back from the car company but frustrating the customer s needs didn t come first

Location location location And friendly staff And a good selection at breakfast

The single room was indeed one person sized but since I basically only slept there I was willing to make the trade for the positives

Style of the room Very quiet Reception staff excellent Location is unusual and very interesting Good selection of local restaurants Outside of the building very attractive and historic Good selection of room nibbles

Serving American grade steak in the restaurant when you have the most famous Smithfield meat market across the road Lack of knowledge of the young lady on restaurant reception Room size rather small compared to other Hotels in this class Rather club like decor in public area particularly restaurant ugh

The location is very good We take 4 stops by Metro M1 from Wien HBF The Graben Street is nearby and you can find many restaurants around here

Absolutely great venue

Unfortunately construction works in front of the hotel continued even on weekend morning and the small park nearby is closed

The hotel was absolutely lovely Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom exceptional The location was brilliant and we couldn t have asked for better
