Sylvana was exceptionally helpful and kind The first impression with her welcoming personality was a lasting one The breakfast person was always cleaning and making sure the items were full He was very friendly and helpful too The room was airy and large with a wonderful bathroom

It would have been nice to have a bathrobe

I paid the evening before leaving to avoid hurry at departure but it turned out that I still had to pay for the last night shortly before the transport to the airport arrived

The loud isolation of windows could be better the first room which was given to us was a disaster and like cave with a view to a apartment space Many people smoked at non smoked rooms therefore it smelt so bad especially in the mornings
