Wifi is not good in the room

The hotel room was beautiful clean and had a lovely king size bed Very clean and finished well The staff were friendly and helpful It was a 25 minute walk to the Duomo main square so was a great location for us The hotel does have parking as well

Unfortunately the parking was 25 euros for an overnight stay which I thought was a bit steep It was also a little confusing as we had to drive to a separate car park across the road which is affiliated with the hotel and leave the car keys with the guys there this wasn t explained and we didn t feel terribly comfortable doing this The hotel assured me this was ok On picking up the car it had damage a scuff to the right passenger side bumper Luckily we saved ourselves a headache by having full insurance with the hire company but I d be cautious of letting them Park my car again

The bed was very comfy the room was an excellent size tea coffee making in the room was great and the room service was excellent i would recommend getting the room service a must at leat once during your visit Staff are very helpful as well great hotel made our visit to Milan a great experience

Pool a little warmer and more english channels on the TV other than that nothing could be improved on what was a fantastic experience

Close to train station and fairly modern

Ask to have a late checkout as we had a international flight out in the evening Was initially told this would be fine The next day we confirmed and were then told this was not possible and offered no other solutions by the staff We were not happy and ended up having to book an additional hotel

Very good location nice stuff very good breakfast parking

Broken things in the rooms different towels every time the fried eggs in the breakfast it s not natural

Excellent transfer service to San Siro

A few minor breakages in the room that we had to report and could not work out how to work air com But all in all it was fine

Kind persons in charge good quality delicious meals

Bamboo bar service is very slow in night time

hotel was beautiful elegant and clean and the staff were extremely helpful they couldn t do enough for you Rooms nicely decorated with gorgeous bathroom The bath was huge and the separate shower was very powerful The rooms had everything you needed TV Safe Hairdryer UK Adapter in the safe good quality irons available We had a lovely Balcony too Staff English was great and they couldn t do enough for you Bar Small for the size of the hotel but it wasn t busy and had a lovely atmosphere Pool didn t use it but it looked GORGEOUS Although not right in the centre it was in a good location in that just around the corner there was a supermarket and some cafes that were all very cheap if you are on a budget

Unattentive reception typical italian laziness
